All prices include 25 percent VAT if nothing else is stated. If you are below 18 years of age you need a guardian’s permission to place an order.

We deliver our goods with selected carriers, usually PostNord in Scandinavia and DHL in the EU. Delivery time is 1-5 working days in Sweden, 2-7 working days in Denmark, 3-9 working days in the EU. The customer pays the shipping fee. The cost of shipping will show when you are checking out of the register. Free shipping over SEK 700!

If you as a customer are not satisfied with the products you may make a return. Please use the return form you got in your package and follow the instructions. The return should be sent back in its original package and the product cannot have been used. The product should be returned to us at the latest 30 days after delivery. If it is returned later than 30 days after delivery, only 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

We always include a return label in your package which is prepaid by us. If you use this return label when you make a return, this will cost you SEK 50. We will take SEK 50 off your refund. Please Note! Change of Size and products are free of charge, we pay shipping costs for both ways.

We include a return form in your package. It has instructions on how to make a return if needed. Please fill in the return form and hand in the package to the closest postal office.

If the customer does not pick up their package at the chosen service point / parcel box and goes in the postal return to us, we will charge the customer SEK 100 (€10) in fee. The order will then be handled as a return.

If you notice that your product is broken, please contact us as soon as you notice. We reserve the right for any errors in printing or typing.

Packages sent to Norway are subject to customs duties. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee what the customs fee will be for each package, but it is something that the customer must be aware of.
